Organization Structure
The Board of Trustees
The highest decision-making body within the NPCC, responsible for setting strategic directions and policies. It comprises eminent professionals and industry leaders who bring a wealth of experience to the Council’s operations.
Specialized Committees
These committees focus on specific areas of the NPCC’s mandates, such as Advocacy, Advisory, Arbitration, and Consulting. Each committee is made up of industry experts who provide in-depth analysis and recommendations in their respective fields. The Council currently has five committees, namely:
- Port Operations and Logistics Committee
- Ports Legal Committee
- Media/publicity Committee
- Research, Development, Consultancy and Training Committee
- Finance and General Purpose Committee
Secretariat
The Secretariat is responsible for the administrative functions of the NPCC. It ensures that the Council’s operations run smoothly and that all stakeholders are adequately informed and engaged.
